My name is Claire, starting this morning. Weighed in this morning at 235lbs. So excited to get started.

    My first mini goal is to lose 39lbs, ideally I would to lose about 85lbs altogther.

    Should I set myself smaller goals do you think?

    MY GOALS ARE IN INCREMENTS OF TEN, RIGHT NOW I'M TRYING TO GO FROM THE 190'S TO 180'S. I JUST FIND IT EASIER TO KEEP MOTIVATED IF I CAN HIT A GOAL MORE FREQUENT.

    Welcome and good luck :flowerforyou: Feel free to set other smaller ones if you'd love to. I've known that reaching sub goals does bring so much motivation to the users, it may help you as well. :-)
