You CAN workout too much, but the result of that would be a run down feeling almost like your sick or an injury.

I wouldn't say that working out to much on its own would prevent you from losing weight.

    I am 5'4'' and I weigh 155 lbs. I eat between 1200 and 1500 kcal a day.

Is that 1200-1500 cals total, or 1200-1500 + exercise cals?

I eat 1500 kcal and burn between 1000 and 1300 kcal. I do not eat those back!

So you net 500-200 calories In?

    yes

Nonsense. It takes 1300 cals at least just to run your body in a coma. You are eating too much.

I don't think throwing out numbers will do much for OP since she has to be throwing numbers at us.

I can promise you, I am not eating too much! People are acutally concerned, that I am not eating enough. I weigh my food. Everything! Even if it says Tablespoon, I always use the grams.
I try to eat 40% Protein, 30% Carbs (good ones) and Fat each.
I am not lying, trust me...

Does anyone know where that guy is that said he cannot lose weight eating both TDEE and BMR with still a lot of weight to lose? These two should talk together since they are both special snowflakes. When I say special snowflakes I mean an undiagnosed medical issues because you make no sense now OP.

Have you tried taking a week off? That might be the best way to answer your own question. Take a week off, make sure you are logging your food correctly and see if anything changes in a week?

    haha. Thanks.
I told you I am not logging here on MFP.
Don't get me wrong! I lost a lot of weight doing this!!!! It just stopped. So I was wondering, if it might have to do with the increase in workout I do.

Thanks for all your help. Like I said. I will log here for the next 2 weeks and open it for everyone! So you can maybe tell me what I am doing wrong! The only thing I can imagine is wrong with my intake is the amount of Protein. It is just hard to eat low carb when you are vegetarian.

To answer your title: Yes, you can train too much, it's called over-training.

Have a re-look at your diet and exercise, sometimes changing things up slightly can make a difference. (Training less, eating less or Training more, eating more) All dependent on what you feel may be too much.
Overtraining (scientific tearm) is actually a medical condition.
what is labeled as overtraining by lifters is really short tearm overreaching.

Real overtraining is possible but to be realistic most normal people will never ever reach it.

    What is a "scientific tearm?"

Go see a doctor and get some blood/metabolic tests done. If you've been netting that low for a long time, you're hormones could be out of whack which would change the conversation. Consider seeing a sports nutrition person/coach and get on a healthy plan.

If you've been netting that low for a short period of time, then hormones are probably ok, but still consider getting on a more reasonable, healthy plan. And perhaps stop worrying so much about a number on a scale.

I am sympathetic. I have lost 75 pounds and my body called a halt to more weight loss. Actually I am still progressing but much more slowly. I am ok with that. I am being consistent with my diet and my exercise. Changing your workout routine might help - maybe more intense for less time. Keep at it! You are on the right track.
