Here it is:

5 min warm up on stair climber to get HR up to 150 ish.
15 minutes on bike, kept HR at/above 160
5 min job on treadmill (for me it was 4.4 mph....HR stayed at 165-170).
15 minutes on cross trainer climber, HR at/above 160
5 min jog on teadmill (same as above)
15 minutes on elliptical, HR at/above 160
5 min jog on treadmill, 4.4 mph
15 min on this monster crosstrainer/elliptical thingie, HR at/above 160

Whole thing took me 95 minutes, and I burned 1,087 calories. HOORAY for muscle confusion!!!!
My stats in my HRM: female, 28 yrs, 5'9", 244 lbs

This circuit would work only at 5:00 a.m. at my gym at least....no way I can get such unfettered access to all those machines!!

    Looks great though.

Do you use an incline during this part? It seems to take much higher speeds, and longer time to get my HR up or even hold it if I'm not on a decent incline.

No, I don't use inclince. But I am an out of shape sissy. ;) If incline is what it takes to get your HR up, then go for it. My trainer reminded me that's all about HR, and keeping our bodies from knowing what is coming up next.

    bump!
  • Great idea! Thanks for the inspiration...

Might have to mix it up subject to machines being free, but like the idea of short, sharp bursts doing different things.

    Thanks again!
