trying to start back up lost my way.

Hi I used to use this app all the time I lost 36 lbs threw diet and exercise but recently got on the depo shot and have gained 25 lbs back I have lost all motivation and since gotten depressed feeling like im doomed to be a biggum for life :-(

    Hey Jenn~ sent you a friend request! I gained 30 lbs on Depo. :( Just couldn't control my hunger! I recently switched birth control and am trying to get back to pre-Depo weight and then down to pre-desk job weight!!!
