    Those are great to pump you up for a work out!

    I've been running and I'm kind of pumped up so this really does describe the way I feel. Angrified, Fight the Power music always helps me get it out of my system. That and some boxing. ;0)

    This might sound REALLY weird, I don't know, but I've found that work outs that include "punching" even if it's Ta~bo billy blanks "air" punching...I feel agressive and mad! lol....even if there's not a reason to be mad? It's so odd!

    It makes m e feel really powerful. Like I can kick some *kitten* and I know I can. I miss my krav maga class, but I hope to make up for it with some boxing. Just got some new hand wraps and gloves. Can't wait to try them out.

    I've actually been downloading some "retro" music lately...I can't help it, it makes me LAUGH to be brought back to my teen years! Like "Feels good" Tony toni tone

    but the one that I found that make me almost lose control of my bladder...was "Sending all my love" by Linear. Yeah, I think that was the ONLY song they came out with? But I remember playing it over and over with my best friend while thinking of our crushes...sigh haha
