Looking for new healthy snack ideas...what is yours

I just made this on Friday night. I shared with my daughter, so I'm not sure how much I actually ate, but I logged all of it.
Makeshift Caramel Popcorn
4 tbsp yellow popcorn kernels
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
Using an air popper, pop kernels
Melt coconut oil and honey in a mug for 30 seconds.
As kernels are popping, swirl the mug so the honey and coconut oil is "stirring" and cooling.
Then pour over popcorn in a bowl with a lid, and SHAKE till completely covered. Add a little salt.

I did popcorn with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and Cajun seasoning on it. It was very yummy.
2 Oz of french baguette sliced thin dipped in 1 tablespoon of oil with 1/4 tsp minced garlic and 1/4 tsp of dried basil and some cheese is also quite nice. I had that as a part of my breakfast but I would definitely do it as a snack.
1 oz of very dark chocolate or chocolate morsels. (10 grams of semi-sweet morsels is only 50 calories!)0 -
Ryvita crisp read with almond butter and chopped banana on top. Or 2 crispbread 1 with Nutella and one pb sandwiched together0

Quest bars, popcorn, dark chocolate, beef jerky, greek yogurt with cocoa powder/pb2, laughing cow cheese on toast, cottage cheese with apple butter, quest chips, a big old organic carrot with the stem still on it, cucumbers, blueberries, glenny's 100 calorie brownies, a nice strong coffee with cream and sugar...man, now I'm hungry.0

I put some reg ole hot sauce on my coconut oil popped popcorn. Its awesome. Sometimes a little shake of Parmesan too. I will make a little 'egg salad' with one egg, tablespoon of plain non-fat Greek yogurt and a squirt of mustard - put it inside a half of a fresh pita pocket with some lettuce.0
