Saddlebags and thunder thighs STILL @ 129 lbs. :/

You guys, I'm SO frustrated. I've lost 44 lbs., down to 129 lbs. now. I'm 32, 5'5", small-medium frame. I've completed T25 and 21 Day Fix programs and still have major fat and cellulite below the belt. My thinner areas up top look GREAT! Wish I could post a pic, but we've all seen what fat looks like.

Is it all about losing more fat or more cardio or weights? My goal is to wear a two-piece this summer! HELP!

You are going to have to seriously work your butt/legs. I'm also 5'5", and tend to be bottom heavy. No matter how 'skinny' or not I have been in life, my legs look terrible if I'm not seriously working my legs several days a week. Using weights will make your workouts less lengthy and help get results faster, and don't forget to eat enough protien to support the muscle growth. Strong thighs are sexy thighs, especially when your clothes bare them.

Forgot to add agreement with the other posters who suggest lifting- will help you tighten up, etc. - just don't let your dissatisfaction get in the way of acknowledging how far you've come already! :)

What causes that? I've always been skinny fat too.

Not doing enough strength training while losing weight. Why does this thread feel like deja-vu?

another vote for lifting heavy. You need to maintain as much muscle as you can while you lose "weight" meaning you lose mostly fat...

Lifting heavy does not mean you get bulky...
