Hello everyone.. I'm Jennifer and well,
I've been a member of this for a while now.. But I'm just now getting to motivate myself more.. So just dropping in to say hi and good luck to everyone!!

    Hi Jennifer, I'm in the same boat - been a member for a while but finally plucking up the motivation to get going!! How are you finding it so far?

    So far I've been pretty consistent.. I've been doing Insanity for six weeks now and I've lost eighteen pounds, but still have quite a bit to go..
    I've just started with keeping track of my calorie intake and drinking nutrition shakes.. So fingers crossed and let's see how it goes...

    Hi..I am back again after about 18 months. My second day and doing better today. Yesterday evening wasn't too good but that's over. Feeling positive!
