Hi everyone. I'm linda and right now I'm struggling with trying to lose 15 lbs. I'm a gastric bypass patient who has lost 93lbs over ten years ago and has put back twenty pounds and just can't get it off. Just about ready to give up. Can't decide and tired of trying.

I think you can do it! Why not just start small and work your way up? Like set it to lose .5 or 1lb a week then it might not feel so draining.0

Remember what your life was like before your surgery. Seriously. Write out all the horrible ways being overweight made you feel and ponder it. That 20 pounds you gained back could easily morph into 25... or 50. Just don't do it! Keep tracking what you eat and know it is worth it. Go to a second hand store and buy some clothes in your old size and hang them next to the fridge or somewhere you can see them every day.
I hope the funk you are in passes.0
