Hi! I just had a beautiful daughter on Christmas of 2014 and curiously, I went from 159 post partum to now, four months later, weighing in at 170. You can imagine how I felt! I usually keep my body at around 145, that's without exercise and dieting. So I'm new at this. I plan on jogging two miles three times a week, drinking only water, following my calorie plan. I need friends !

Hello there! I'm a mom of four. I truly feel you pain. I got back down to 145/50 after my first two, but after my last two I'm really having a hard time. I've been working out and eating right, but it's harder this time. We can work on this together:)0
