Ok heres my lunch- I'll have the same for dinner and maybe 4 ounces of shrimp for a snack around 7 then bed. I'm trying to keep my carbs under 65 for this entire week.

I saw this idea on Facebook and adapted it for 2. Chicken breast or tenders, cut sweet potatoes and fresh green beans. Cover and bake 50-60 minutes at 350.
