Hi everyone! I just wanted to post some pictures of my weightloss journey!
I started on February 1st, and these pictures are from April 17th!
In total Ive lost 28 pounds, and 4 inches of my waist.
I also went down 3 jean sizes; size 11 to a size 5.
5'0 1/2
SW:148 lbs
CW:120 lbs
GW:110 lbs
What works for me is calorie cycling and exercise 4-6x a week.
I also cut out cookies, chips, candy, soda, fast food from my diet. I basically eat clean with the occasional Fiber One Cookie.
These are my before and afters/during
I think I look pretty decent now. But I have accepted that my face will always be chipmunk-esque and my boobs will forever be deflated .
Also: Blonde did not work for me!

Calorie cycling is when you eat way below your bmr for about three days, then for two days eat like 1900 calories. Then drop again to like 1200.
Its great for the metabolism!!

Wow - you have definitely inspired me! I am the same height - 5'0" at 127 and trying to get to 110-115. It's a challenge. But you gave me hope that can get there with consistency. I eating clean is easiest for me. But staying focus with workouts is flaky. How long do you workout each day?0
