My advice, only because it worked for me, was not to diet but to have an entire lifestyle change.Out with most processed foods, make all my own sauces, eat salad every night and unprocessed meat, drink plenty of water, cut out all snacks and make an effort to go to the gym with easy goals in mind. It costs me $100NZ a week to feed two people this way and so far so good, 9kg down and feeling amazing.

I agree with Nicki. Make a change in what you eat for life and move every single day. I have lost 50lb so far, but I know I can never go back to the way I was before, or I will put weight on. Good luck. Be determined and don't give up. Tell yourself that you deserve this change, and throw yourself in, and don't allow anyone or anything to stop you :)

Lots of us know how you feel, so let me tell you that you have the best tool of all with my fitness pal. If your feeling week, go to the community here and read through success stories, or reach out to mfp for strength and support. I love all the positive reinforcement and encouragement I get here. And Nicky is right, don't diet, change how you think about food by cleaning up your diet. It's a lifestyle change. Good luck and we are all here for you!!!
