I've been hiding from exercise too long. Time to come out of the fitness protection program. Need motivations & encouragement

    Its easy and quite rewarding. manage your expectations and understand what your goals are.
    Start wherever you are, dont compare yourself to others, dont be afraid and learn to be consistent.
    The primary focuas for weight loss is moderating what you consume, but exercise can help. Do a mix of cardio and resistancce, but most importnatly do soemthing you enjoy or can stick with.
