No...Consider it an added bonus...Too many variables...(my 2 cents)0

No. It's "lifestyle". Unless you just took it up after you began your diet. lol0

Op, this may get marked as spam. But it is a question that is asked from time to time. The answer is yes it does burn calories and forgive my expression the more vigorous the effort the higher the calorie burn.
I googled it and here is an article.. http://www.menshealth.com/sex-women/sex-workout0 -
No. That's a lifestyle activity, not an exercise.0
-
It's just a bonus.0

I answered the OP honestly, there's a kitty gif, and I get 2 flags for it? Are we in bizzaro MFP?
Maybe they didn't read right and saw the quote as if they're YOUR words instead. Hey, I got flagged a couple days ago for saying I gain weight... it is bizzaro MFP.0 -

Well if you wear a Heart Rate Monitor, you could actually get a good read on calories burned. I say go for it, and log those burned calories. Hey people log calories for doing house chores.

If you're wondering if you should count lovemaking as calories burned, then you're doing it wrong0
-
Can the same person flag a post for spam, and also for abuse? Would that count as two flags?0
