Progress in Effect

Hi, I am a mother, grandmother, and wife and I am 43 yrs old. I have not had a problem with my weight up until the year of 2008. I went through a dramatic loss and eating became my temple. I got up to 250 pounds, but what was strange, I never gained more than that and always never loss no more than one or two pounds less. By the grace of God I have no health issues and I said it was time to get rid of this trash on my body and renew the body God given me. So I have been dieting now for three weeks and started out at 270 and now I am 241. It is working out fine and motivation is the key to stay on track.

Wow, great results, stay focused and you will get there. My story is similar, as I too have struggled for most of my 30s and now into my 40s. I rededicated to myself 28 days ago and am down 10lbs from 244 to 234. At 41, a mother, wife and grandmother, I have a lot to look forward to. I don't want to risk my health and happiness because of bad habits and lack of discipline. Continued weight loss to you throughout your journey.0
