Hi
I wanna know the best way to loose all that stubborn baby fat. I have a eight month baby. My pre pregnancy weight was 119lb and i m 5'2". Now i m 136lb.
I m following MFP recommended calorie diet and doing around 2 mile walk daily.

I am 5'3, pre preg weight of 125. I've been stuck at 140 for months. I have found when I exercise daily, drink lots of water, and stay around 1200 calories, I lose weight. I just mess everything up on the weekends. I need to quit doing that. Add me as a friend if you want.0

I feel you on the stubborn baby fat! My baby is 9 months and I started this journey when she was 4-5 months. I've had some bumps along the way. Started at 22 pounds until prepregnancy weight and about five more than that to get to goal weight. I've lost fifteen pounds and they are coming off slowly but surely. Just hang in there and be as consistent as you can. And be honest with yourself! About what goes in your mouth and with how much you exercise. It'll happen!0
