Hi there.. I recently started going back to the gym and got myself a trainer.. it was starting well but two weeks later, i broke a rib! i was seriously motivated on getting more fit but now i'm kind of discouraged... i dont have much pain except when i make an effort.. so no exercercise for me right now.. i'm trying to follow my diet ( wich is not so easy) but i'm doing my best so i don't gain any more weight.. Need some support here

You can do it
it just takes time to adjust. If u can do lite exercising then push yourself as hard as you can with out hurting yourself. Some form of exercise is better then nothing at all.
