Get Focused in May mini challenge: It's Thirty, Thirty, Thirty Thursday!! OH YEAH, bringing back the ever popular 30/30/30 our President has yet again asked that you pick 3, of your choice, different sets of workouts be it ab crunches, push ups, squats, lunges or whatever else and add this to your already existing routine. Pick 3 that you haven't done in the last challenge just to change it up!!! If you already do any or all of these in your regular workout, then you are challenged to add an additional 30 to what you already do. As always, it is a requirement that you post a reply to this thread advising you have completed this task. Remember to make it FUN!!!     Was my arm day so I concentrated on legs and abs for the challenge. My trainer kills my arms so there was no way I was doing any extra.....lol.

    I decided to incorporate my yoga ball in to this:

    30 scissor kicks on the ball

    30 chest flys (5lb weights) balancing on ball

    30 deep squats with the ball (instead of leg lifts with ball between feet I was only able to do five of those :embarassed:)
