I made this over Thanksgiving for my father-in-law who has diabetes.
Cherry Trifle
1 Sugar Free Angel Food Cake cut into small cubes
1 pkg. cherry gelatin (sugar free)
1 cup boiling water
1 (20oz) can sugar free cherry pie filling
1 (8oz) container sugar free whipped topping, thawed
Dissolve the gelatin in the water then refrigerate for 15 minutes. Place one
half of the cubed cake pieces in a 3 quart trifle or serving bowl. Top with
half the gelatin and half the pie filling. Repeat with the cake cubes, gelatin
and pie filling. Top with the whipped topping and refrigerate for at least
one hour.0
