    I would be happy to be your buddy. I have lost 52 pounds in the last 14 months. I have 3-4 more pounds to go before I reach my goal. I have learned so so much in the last year! I would be happy to share what I've learned.
    A book I read when I first began my journey is Never Say Diet by Chantel Hobbs. It is an excellent book! I have recommended it to several of my friends. She lost 200 pounds and did it by changing her brain. She teaches you how to do that so you look at food differently. She also teaches you 5 decisions you need to make in order to make your weight loss permanent. It is the best book I have ever read about changing one's life and getting healthy for life.
