Weekly Workout Schedule?

I've scoured the internet for tips on creating a weekly workout schedule, with no luck. I can find a whole bunch about creating a routine, but no guides for mixing up your exercise through the week. I guess what I'm really looking for is something I can plug into a schedule. I don't have a gym membership, nor do I have any equipment yet - though I'm planning on buying some small weights to use at home.

Right now all I'm currently doing is barre videos for 20 mins a day. I want something to help me slim down :)

I do hope what I'm asking for makes sense - and any help would be appreciated!

I usually run about 5 days a week I do this in the evening, after work. I do strength training/ circuit training in the morning. I usually pull my exercises for the morning from a website call tone and tighten

I shoot for five days a week of exercise plus walking my dog an hour plus daily. My workouts vary. High intensity interval runs on my treadmill, Jillian Michaels no more trouble zones, JM 30 day shred plus 20 minute jog, JM burn fat boost metabolism, 2 mile jog plus 3weight lifting exercises repeated 3times/15 reps. I try to mix it up with weights, cardio and an easy day thrown in for the inevitable hangover.

I like being flexible. My goal is five days a week, four is still ok, three is ehh, and less than three I failed. Find out what you can manage. With five I get an easy day but with four or less I don't . Make your own rules up.

Check out FitnessBlender.com - they have over 400 free workouts, as well as some programs for a low cost. The also offer a free customizable workout calendar so you can set upi a plan on your own, and they have a couple of 5 day programs that are free, which is a great way to get started and kind of get a feel for what you like, and be able to choose specific workouts on your own. It's a great site.
