One thing to keep in mind is eating HEALTHY when it comes to injuries. Maintain your caloric intake until u get better.0

If you have a gym membership you can probably do upper body weights using machines, you know the ones you can sit on, and you can still do core work, but your priority should be keeping off your foot. A guy at work broke his foot and ankle at Christmas, and because he has been walking around on it at work (wearing a moon boot) it's not healing. Your priority should be the healing, so do what that guy said and eat healthy to maintain your weight until your foot heals.0

You can check out youtube for workout videos. I love Windsor Pilates 20 minute workout and you wouldn't need your foot for that, but if you're in pain and can't move it at all it may be a little hard.0

Look up chair exercises, the kind you can do sitting. And whatever you do make sure your foot is healed before you exercise on it. The damage done when you push foot injuries will haunt you when you are in the" middle ages."0

Ouch! Hope it heals quickly and we'll.
Keep the protein up. Don't be tempted to eat a while load extra as, whilst you're body does need energy to repair, you'll be reduced mobility so it's a balancing act. Watch out for exercise making your ankle/fit swell. Don't do what I did when I had an aircast and think you can still yomp across fields and jump on and off leaders to finish the decorating! I'm sure you're more sensible than that :-) Pilates is good, as is small hand weights that you can do curls etc with.0
