Losing bout 3 pds a week working out 4 days and strength training work abs daily practicing clean eating kale walnuts broccolli almond butters lots fruit and veggies lean meat but feel like not doing enough need fitness buddy which I can't find here in Ranburne Ala Alan one got suggestions please help. PLEASE

    If you're losing 3 lbs a week, I think you're doing a little more than enough. You just have 20 lbs to lose, won't hurt to go slower. Maybe at 1 lb/week. Eat at a sustainable caloric deficit, don't crash diet, and hit your macro/micro targets: eating 'clean' as you call it isn't mandatory to lose weight. Continue lifting to minimize muscle loss.
