Hi I was wondering if any one has a good plan for eating as a shift worker as I'm having calorie cravings late at night.
I work a evening shift 6pm to 11pm
I get up about 9.30 am.
I have a physical job so I can't eat less than 2 hours before my shift. I only get a quick 15 min break.
My question when I get home at 11.30
I'm starving but if I eat a meal I find a cant get to sleep for a few hours on a full tummy.
So when do I have breakfast lunch and main meal?
Thanks Diane

Diane, I suggest you search for a friend named rpnjenn. She is on my team and she is a nurse, working various shifts and managing a household with four kids. She is very inspirational and you must have her as a friend :-)0
