looking for people to motivate me. I'll take any advice on weightlifting, supps, and food. My biggest obstacle is food. Specifically eating clean and proper intake to build muscle

    For supps I am taking protein, bcaas, creatine, and d aspartic acid. The biggest problem I have is the food. What to eat and how much. Goal is to bulk up
