i just ate the vanilla...bought this instead of the blue bell since it was taken off the shelves. I have to say that the Blue Bell is much better.. but it will do for now.0 -

Sucker for Starbucks here! I'll ask for a Tall Skinny Caramel Machiato (100cal) when craving a sweet coffee drink from the bar. For a lower cal cold drink I'll order a Grande Green Tea Lemonade unsweetened (45cals).
Low cal bread? Sara Lee's has a (45cal per slice) option
Pasta? Simple Truth Organic makes a wheat pasta that's 180cals per 2oz uncooked. Prego makes a light marinara sauce that's 45cals per half cup!0 -
thanks!0

Try a Frappuccino light...if they have them where you are. Grande Mocha Frappuccino light is only 130 calories. I like a tall caramel one and I believe it is under 100. Totally worth it if you are craving a Frappuccino!
I think for me, it is things like apples (80 calories well spent), Veggies like celery and cucumber, easy low cal snacks.
My sweet treat is a dove dark chocolate (50 calories each and I can usually stop at 1) OR Sugar free hot cocoa for 35 calories0 -
Raw spinach. 2 cups= 14 calories.0

Joseph's low carb Flax, Oat, Whole Wheat Pita, only 60 calories...nice and soft, not like cardboard
ETA: I've found it at Walmart and Harris Teeter

When it comes to treats, I try to balance content and taste. I like the weight watchers dark chocolate raspberry pops and fudge pops (90cal), trader joes has some good frozen treats ranging from 60-90 calories such as the mint chocolate sandwiches and the coffee cream latte bars. Their macarons are also very good and come in chocolate, vanilla, and sometimes a variety pack is available.
For a crunch I love popcorn. I bought a bowl I can pop kernels in the microwave with, so I'll generally throw 25-50g of kernels in with .25-.5T olive oil and some salt. 100-200 calories depending on portion, and no stupid popcorn bag guesswork.
If I'm feeling really hungry I find that a greek yogurt parfait can really hit the spot for under 200cal. You can get 0 or 2% plain greek yogurt, and combine with some honey and fruit for a protein-packed snack.
When I have the time at home, I like to make plates/bowls of a variety of fruits, veggies, and lighter protein choices. Think the platters you see at parties, but on a smaller scale. The variety and colors make it more interesting than just having one thing, and you can add protein sources like cheese, egg, or meats for a nice little meal. I tend to break my fast with something like this on the weekends. For example, 100g of bell pepper, 85g grape tomato, 1oz goat cheese, 1 hard boiled egg, and 85g strawberries comes to about 180 calories.
Just be mindful of how options that are much lower in cals than similar things can sometimes be less satiating, and sometimes options that are lower calorie can be loaded with sugar alcohols in high amounts, which can cause gastric upset for some.0
