Not My First Rodeo

Good Morning! My name is Michelle. I'm married and have five kids. This isn't my first rodeo to losing weight. I had great success a few years ago and dropped from 280 to 168 in ten months. I lost sight of who I was in that time and it all came pouring back on. So here I am, again, trying to find me in the mess of over eating, emotional stuffing, and laziness about myself. My goal is to get down to 125. It's been my goal for years but I always failed myself and felt I was disappointing my husband and kids. I love them dearly and my physical and emotional as well as mental health really depends on reaching my goals. I can do this. I just want the boost of encouragement along the way.
