Need to get back at it!

Hi yall. I've been sick all week fighting a bad case of sinusitis and on antibiotics and thus I have zero strength to workout. I'm almost fully recovered but still feel that my energy level is virtually non existent. Need some tips on how to get back on my kickboxing track without completely going overboard and hurting my body or potentially getting sick again. Ugh. Thanks!!

    Just get back at it but don't go full out like you did before. I don't know if you were kickboxing at a club or at home but just tone it down and take breaks when you need to. Exercise will start to help you get the energy back so just take it a day at a time and you'll be amazed at how quickly your body bounces back.

    I workout at a gym. I actually started exercising again on Monday and 15mins in I was so winded but managed to keep at it, took my time, plenty of breaks in between and finished the class like a champ. Feeling fantastic. Thanks again!
