    Plan is this to stick to diet control and share eachothers workout. If some one in team feels hungry or facing craving for somethng so she share with his team and we gona help him out in changing her mood to forget what ahe been thinking on about food.

    Tip for your team: if you are feeling hungry at night and are trying to not eat a snack, brush your teeth! Nobody wants to eat after they already brushed, plus it'll make whatever snack you want to eat taste weird :)
