Meal hints and suggestions...

I just started using this app and I am having some issues adjusting to what it considers daily nutrition goals. I have had my normal egg whites and veggies for breakfast and salad with grilled chicken for lunch. Someone suggested I try Greek yogurt, so I just had that as a snack. But now the app is telling me I'm already over my protein for the day and I haven't even had dinner yet and I'm only at 725 calories. Anyone have any suggestions???

    I consider my protein goal as a minimum not a maximum. Carry on. o:)

    Absolutely, do not deprive yourself of protein! I think the better guide offered by MFP is to look at the percentage breakdown between carbs, fats and protein. I love my greek yogurt for my morning snack every day with a tablespoon of Flax stirred in for added fiber. I go over my protein goal every day and I'm losing weight.
