    Doing the same. What sort of workout are you doing? I'm doing and upper/lower body 2 day split with periodization (I downloaded the plan from another website and added my exercises), basically 6 main exercises a day + various cardio machines.

    I'm trying to be in the gym 3 days a week

    I have 4 weight sessions a week, 2 upper a d 2 lower Inc abs, then 3 times a week I do 20 mins cardio before breakfast!

    Started at the beginning of March. Going decent but a long way to go. Probably going to have to dial up cardio to 2 300 calorie sessions a week instead of 1 250 to kick off more weight.
