Working Out when sick

                    Sick as a dog today, but didn't work out yesterday and feel guilty about not going today.  What do ya'll do?

            your body needs all the energy it has to fight the sickess. If you do workout be careful not to over do it.0

            i just keep my diet under wraps and call it a day. u could end up just making yourself more sick0

            If I can breathe and I'm not contagious, I go workout. If I can breathe but I am contagious, work out at home. If I can't breathe well, have a fever and/or I'm contagious it's a rest day.
Don't feel guilty. Life happens. Focus on recovery and then get back to it.0 -

This. If you work out at a gym, even if you don't have respect for your body's need to rest to recover from illness you should have respect for your gym mates' health and not risk sharing it.
 Taking off a day or two will not impact your fitness level but could help you recover more quickly.                        0
