    looks good!! i am getting ready to make taco pizzas using OLE brand fat free, low carb , high fiber tortilla wraps.. I use them to make pizzas also...

    I used crescent rolls which isn't healthy but I haven't experimented with alternatives although I may have to look into the wraps memomdeb mentioned :)

    Looks yummy, I make something similar on whole wheat crust. You can find some decent dough near the international cheeses at your grocery store if you don't want to make it yourself.

    There's nothing unhealthy about crescent rolls though they tend to be higher in calories (delicious butter). I'm not sure why you dubbed this meal a pizza. It seems to have none of the components. It's veggie topped crescent rolls. Why do we have to give the name pizza to foods that aren't pizza? Why can't it just get its own new name?
