Turning this boat around!

My name is Kinsey. I'm happily married (still somewhat of a newlywed) to my best friend. However, I'm not happily married to my weight. I've been overweight for most of my life and I believe my classification at the doctor is "Morbidly Obese". I'm thankful to have a hubby who loves me for me, but I want to be able to "love me for me". I want to be able to look in the mirror and not flinch at the monster staring back at me. I want to live a long, healthy life...and I know if things continue I will not. So, i'm ready to change. I'm turning this boat around and I WILL get down to my healthy weight. No more fad diets or starving myself, I'm making a life change. Starting NOW.

Hey all.
Met w/ a personal trainer last nite and she gave me this website. Got on and find it the easiest ever. Looking forward to getting to know ya'll and finding and giving inspiration for this journey of fitness...weight loss...getting healthy!
I have 80 lbs to lose. There I said it! Man, how long I have kept that inside and not admitted it ...even to myself.
So. Taking baby steps. Even though I am frightened.
I have accomplished alot in this life ...all except learning how and really taking care of myself. So. I am putting my intention out to the universe and stating my purpose in order to fulfill it.
I committ to tracking my food, water, and daily caloire burn (exercise!!!) in order to keep myself motivated.
(I love the feature that tells you what you "will weigh" if you stay on track!!!)
So here goes. Walking tonite for 30 minutes. Not hard, not easy. Just walk.
Hope you each have a great day.
Looking forward to hearing from ya'll.
