Quick meal plan ideas please.

I work full time and have a busy life. I need quick meal plan ideas please as I'm just grabbing a diet shake for breakfast and lunch and not meeting my daily calories allowance. This leads to a pig out on rubbish foods

    you need to focus on eating more filling foods. Eat a lot of protein and healthy fats. Maybe for breakfast try eating hard boiled eggs that you made the night before. Take along some nuts. For lunch you could do some kind of meat sandwich on whole wheat with some spinach leaves and a tbsp. of mayo and some brown mustard. Dinner could be steak, chicken, fish and some kind of veggies. Good luck! I know you said you have a busy life, so could you do some cooking on the weekend maybe and freeze individual servings? The sandwiches for lunch I mentioned could also be made the night before and put in the fridge.

    We had the same issue. It is VERY hard to overcome, but it is doable. We make three or four full meals on Sunday's and potion them out onto disposable plastic containers that we bought at Costco then freeze them. We tend to make things we can get 6-8 servings of and are fast to prep (turkey chili, stir fry, turkey meatballs with whole wheat pasta, stews). What's cool is that if you do that for two or three weeks you get quiet a variety in your freezer. Grab and go. It's worked amazingly well for us...hope it helps!

    Start meal prepping. Find a few spare hours on the weekend and cook huge batches of food to freeze in individual serves. I can organise an entire week's worth of food in an afternoon.
