How to count a workout DVD as "strength" in MyFitnessPal . . .

Hello! i an quite new to MyFitnessPal and I have a question about logging exercise. Yesterday I did a Jillian Michaels DVD; I think it's called "Beginner Shred". When I went to log my strength training, I found that I needed to log all the individual exercises, i.e., squats, lunges, overhead presses, chest presses, etc. Needless to say, doing this each time will be time-consuming. Is there a way to just log the whole DVD as an activity, or something else that I'm not thinking of?
Thanks for any advice you can provide . . .

I have used a heart rate monitor for workouts like this to gauge how many calories I've burned. I think it is more accurate on a personal level for all of the exercises that I do. You just have to remember to subtract out the calories that you would normally burn just for being alive.0

Log it under Cardio as either, "circuit training", "strength training", or "calisthenics".0

I log them as circuit training and then list in my notes which video I did.0
