Hello everyone I'm back again after putting this off for over a month now. Regret putting this on hold because I have gained some significant weight. Used to weigh 120 when I was healthy but now I have crept up to 148 pounds...bummer. Didn't really change my diet just stopped working out & stopped this app. Need some motivation please! Thank you!

I'm back again also, after... almost 3 years!! I have gained all my weight back plus some and I have found it very difficult to get back on track. I can give you a ton of excuses as to why I haven't done anything about it but honestly, none of them are truly valid. I've decided it's now or never and I hope I can stick to it this time. Anyway, welcome back and good luck!0

I am back after three years also! I tried this before and lost some weight but I have a billion excuses as to why I stopped. But that's exactly all they are, excuses. In back and at a point in my life where I am really ready to dive in and begin this lifestyle change!0
