Pita poket (I use Joseph's oat bran and flax seed)
Fat free feta cheese
Fresh baby spinach
Cherry or grape tomatoes
Turkey pepperoni
Pizza sauce
Reduced fat shredded mozzarella or italian blend cheese
Optional: green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, fresh basil leaves

Preheat oven to 450. Cut around the edges of a pita pocket so you have 2 "crusts", place crusts in oven to toast slightly so they don't get soggy, spread about 2 tbsp of pizza sauce (enough to make a layer) on each crust, spread a layer of baby spinach leaves on each half, if desired sprinkle minced garlic and/or chopped fresh basil over spinach, crumble 1/2 oz of fat free feta over spinach, sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded reduced fat cheese over this, top with sliced tomatoes and 3 turkey peperoni slices and if desired mushrooms and green peppers, bake 8-10 minutes or until its as cooked as you like it, using the oat and flax pita, mozzarella an al the ingredients listed (optional also) this is around 200 calories per serving, makes 2 servings. You can also use a torilla or flatbead. Enjoy!! NOTE: this is loaded with sodium unless you buy no salt added pizza sauce

Oh wow. It's only 10:35 in the morning and now I am so hungry. We will be trying this recipe soon. I like to make pizza with boboli bread but maybe that is less in calories.

Doing this with a flatout light italian flatbread using double the ingredients is around 350 cal and mmm mmm good!! Still toast the bread slightly before topping it.
