Broadening my Veggie Horizon...

Hey friends.

In an attempt to branch out from eating my normal veggies (carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, etc.) I've purchase some avacodo and radishes this week.

I've already threw them into sandwiches and salads. Now I'm looking for something different.

What are your favourite ways to use avacodo and/or radishes?

My tummy is rumbling in anticipation.

Make Guacamole. :) It's sooo yummy.

Radishes, though... Haven't had radishes since I was a kid... hated them then, wonder if I'd like them better now.

I mash my avocado and use it instead of a salad dressing. Radishes are good with lime and salt and can be combined with cucumbers to make a sort of salad.
  • avocados are amazing i think just by themselves. i will seed them and just spoon out and eat or cut up and put in a salad or on a sandwich or of course, they can be made into guacamole :) YUM

avocado is a fruit, not a veggie, but it is great on salads or as a dip, you can use it as a spread in place of mayo. Radishes are good veggies to dip, or in a salad.
