New to this, looking for friends and support

Hi! I've had this app for a while and have not really used it until now. I've never really dieted but this past year my eating habits have become so bad, I'm not hungry during the day and I eat at night (it's cyclic I know!!) and my weight has slowly gone up!

So I figure I mine as well look for some support and help on this journey to get back to a healthy lifestyle. :)

Any tips or friendly chat is more than welcomed.
