Not Eating Enough

Apparently, I'm not getting enough calories throughout the day. Suppose to get 1830, but I average about 1000. I'm meeting or coming in under the other goals: carbs, fat, protein, exercise, etc... Any suggestions on how to add more calories without adding more carbs and fat? Or should I just not worry about getting all 1830 calories.

Are you trying to lose weight? At some point, you must have been able to eat above 1,000 calories. Did you cut a lot of foods from your diet?

Why can't you add carbs or fat?
    What is your goal?
How long have you been eating around 1000? (No one here is likely to tell you that's enough by the way, unless your about 4ft tall 1000 calories isn't gonna be healthy.)

Do you use a food scale and weigh/measure/log everything accurately? Often people are eating more than they think.

I had this issue too. I started adding more calorie dense foods into my diet to boost my cal intake without feeling like I needed to eat 2 extra meals at the end of the day
