ok so about a month ago, i made pumpkin pancakes. i used a recipe ive never used before, and i added it to mfp so i could figure calories. doubled the recipe so i could freeze some. i had one this morning, but now for the life of me i cant remember how many is an full serving. i know its more than one, because it makes more than 12 pancakes, but i dont remember exactly how many it made. but "1 serving" is the only measurement option when i try to add it to my diary ;/
what should i do
what should i do

check the box you used, and edit you recipe under RECIPES, I'm sorry I mean the recipe you used or whatever source to make those original pancakes. GOOGLE is the best!0

the only thing you can do is try to remember how many pancakes it made.... sorry
in future you should make one pancake one serving and make the # of servings however many pancakes you made...
another tip is to put the serving size in the name of the recipe - like brown rice 1/2 cup serving etc...0 -
thanks guys. im kinda leaning toward it made 36..0
