Hi, my cdc coach told me about this..to use to track my food...I'm looking forward to losing this weight....and I know tracking what I eat is important road map..So HI..everyone!!

    Welcome! I'm new here too, 1 week!
    I did something similar while ago & actually only way I can lose weight is by tracking all I eat. Last 4 months I was trying to lose weight without it & got me nowhere. Portion control is important but if you don't measure & track, you end up eating too much. This is great way to go!
