    Wow!! Great job!! Keep it up and as you get stronger (and better after your injury) up the poundage on your weights; it will help to increase your muscle mass which will burn fat. Just make sure you practice good form and don't try to lift too much--good form is better then increased weight--increase your reps/sets before you try to increase the weight you lift.

    Upping my weights and poor form is exactly how I hurt my neck! And then I hurt it again doing crunches with my hands under my neck. Whoops!

    Keep it up girl! I love your list and I laughed out loud at #10. Your description of an angy couch potato is spot on. I have started and stopped many times in the past and was even successful but lost the way. I have just discovered MFP and it is helping me more than any other program I have tried.
