Hi my name is Corliss, I am kinda new to myfitnesspal. I signed up about a month or two ago, didn't really get into it too much, mostly because I would screw up daily on my food and fitness and was too ashamed to post it.
I suffer from Hashimoto's/ Hypothyroidism. I am taking natural desiccated thyroid medicine, for the most part some of my symptoms seem to be in remission but I am still have problems with weight loss and concentration. I have a hard time getting motivated and staying motivated. I would love to make new friends but I am terribly shy and very self conscious so I do not make friends easily.

Exactly what @kimmigonz11 said, you're not the only one who feels that way. Just talk to everyone here, making losing weight fun, not pain. You could try horse riding, I am a horse rider. It is so amazing, you have so much fun and lose weight at the same time! Or simple walks.

    Good luck,
