I am a 42 year old, stay at home wife (no kiddies), and just started my weight loss goal. Never really had weight issues until about a year ago. Decided it was time to do something about it when I weighed myself after returning from my trip down south and realized I had gained a lot of weight in the past few months. I am aiming to lose at least 25 lbs. Found this wonderful app and when I started adding to my diary, I couldn't believe how unhealthy I have been eating. So this is only day 6, but I am keeping within my goal and have also started exercising daily, using my Wii Fit. It is also great to come here and read all your inspiring posts! It keeps me motivated.
