    Feel free to add me. I work out 4-6 times a week and my diet has been on point lately.

    My goal is to shed body fat while keeping my muscle. That dreaded spare tire by the belly has reduced, need more progress. I have not lost more than half a pound. I believe is cause my muscle has been intact.
