136kg to 103kg in 2 and half years

Just thought I'd share some of my pictures to show that anyone can lose weight it's just take alot of hard work, mental strength and sacrifices.

I was 136kg /21St 4lb at 19 years old (Height 6'3) didn't really do any exercise after leaving school and was gaining weight rapidly decided to make a change.

I went from not being able to run a mile could hardly lift any sort of weight in the gym but I managed to push my way through dropping my weight slowly aswell as gaining muscle.

Now I'm 103kg / 16 St 2lb 22years old (Height 6'5) recently completed a 10km race with a time of 45.52min aswell as being able to lift 200lb+ on chest etc

Hope people can find the motivation needed to lose weight and achieve your goals. it won't be easy and it won't be fast but if you stick with it its all worth while the results will keep you addicted to make further improvements
