hi all.. I'm not oh-so new.. I've been on and off this app for a few years I think and now I'm trying to be consistent with tracking what I eat... I'm getting into macro'ing my lifestyle so my goals are going to differ than what I may need on here. It's really whacky at the moment with military stuff going on so I couldn't get the right foods I needed but still tried to keep it mostly clean. Just squeezing a hi into the community and hope to chop it up with you all. Have a healthy time!

Thanks! Having fun now spending 1-2 hours 6 days a week in the gym...guess that time of the year again.. I lost 95-100lbs-ish in the past year or so from being 300lbs.. So I'm almost near my goal, 190-195@10% give or take... I bulked to around 210 and starting to cut now currently at 208.. I'll hopefully be below 205 in the morning since I chugged 1.5gal of water today with aminos.. Oh the time consumption to meal prep.. Fairly new to dieting..not really but a clean new way!0
